Volvi a llamar para saber q habia pasado con mi servicio y la persona me contesto q ya no habia salido. Pero te piden num. De cel por q no avisan q ya no surtieron a mi niño lo dejaron llorando y por estar esperando ya no pude hacer pedido en otro lado. Y esta sera queja para la PROFECO. Si asi atienden siempre me encargare de q lo sepan. The truth is a very bad service, an order was made at 8 at night to celebrate Children's Day and they told me that it would arrive in 40 min. I spend an hour and a half and nothing. I called again to find out what had happened to my service and the person replied that he had not left. But they ask you for num. From cel because they do not warn that they no longer supplied my child, they left him crying and because I was waiting I could not make an order elsewhere. And this will be a complaint for PROFECO. If they attend like this I will always make sure they know it.
