Llamé en tres ocasiones para reservar y un día antes de viajar me contestan "que si no puedo pasear otro día". Como si viviera uno allá y tuviera todos los días del mundo. La chica que contesta totalmente apática, supongo que no es su negocio. Si van a ir hasta allá no confíen sus paseos a una compañía TAN INFORMAL. Appalling. I tried to hire your services, for your page after waiting 3 weeks they didn't answer me so don't even try. I called three times to make a reservation and one day before traveling they answered "I can not walk another day." As if one lived there and had all the days of the world. The girl who answers totally listless, I guess it's not her business. If you are going there, do not entrust your walks to SUCH AN INFORMAL company.

A	Alexander Robbins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM We took a tour of Sian Ka’an which was very disappointing considering the money we paid. The website promises viewings of dolphins and manatees, crocodiles, fish and wild birds. Only after the tour do they tell you that actually it’s forbidden to enter the crocodile’s habitat, the manatees are not visible, they didn’t even try to find dolphins and we saw a couple of empty birds nests. We only spent around 10 minutes in the sea, which was nowhere near the coral reef and I think I saw 1 fish. The ‘traditional Caribbean lunch’ was grilled fish, mashed potato, rice and spaghetti? We saw 1 turtle which was absolutely magical but overall very disappointing and misleading advertising. It’s totally understandable that the animals may not be present but this should be made clear from the start - if I knew I was basically just paying for a boat ride and a high school canteen lunch then I wouldn’t have bothered. The company also took no responsibility and refused to discuss any partial refund.
