★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience booking a tour to Islas Marietas. We chose hos office because it was recommended to us by the tourist office and was certified. At the port we were told that our tour agency didn't get access to the beach however the staff assured us the day before as it was a sure thing. We ended up getting another tour at the port after being on the phone for 30min, one would think as this is the official tour operator you'll get a more professional treatment but it's not the case

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignacio is very honest guy who give you time and explain the tours. I am glad I have been recommended to go to him. We bought Dolphin Discovery tour and Rhythms of the Night tour from him for my family. I would recommend him to anyone want to deal with an honest guy. Great deal he gave us!
