The restaurant is located on the second floor. Looks like it's someone's house. Ambience is nice, a little dim light, the sofa is very low so doesn't match the table but it works out in the end. We ordered three different kinds of seafood tacos. Since we ordered the bigger size the the inside came separately from the tortillas. The blue tortillas were so tasty. The inside was westernized with chipotle mayo sauce and fries, and the seasonings in general. The poke appetizer was great!

The interior is just fantastic and my tacos were great. According to my local friends it's considered fancy but when we were there it didn't feel that way. They have a sister restaurant downstairs which is more casual

No me gusta. The food did not deliver, especially at this price point in CDMX. The fideo camala was a mushy flavorless mess with prepackaged pork rinds. The tacos: wild boar (huasca), beef with chile sauce (confite xochimilco), shrimp with cream (emalura), and jamaica flowers (jamaicon). Only the boar was acceptable. The jamaica was a sickenly sweet liquid mess, the others were overloaded. Cocktails were good. A fellow diner told me the la muneca tacos were their best dish, but four misses means I'm not going back to find out. Good vibe, place was packed, most people were there drinking more than eating on a Friday night, maybe because they knew...

Food was good service not so much! We got wrong food twice and at the end ended up eating more than what we ordered! They also gave us cutlery and napkins mid serving. Try the tuna taco, pork taco, chicken taco

Food 2 stars. Service. 1 star. Volume 10 stars. Daytime. Empty. Loud. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Food, not interesting. Sour cheese. Flavorless tacos. Then to get the check. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. 4 tables. Maybe it’s better at night. But don’t go for the food.

Great spot to grab some ceviche and cocktails on a hot day. We had the shrimp ceviche and two mezcal based cocktails which hit the spot. This place is great to go to during open since it’s easy to get a spot. I can see that this place does get busy because a crowd was building. Overall, I highly recommend a stop here!

We waited about 45 minutes to get a table on a Sunday night, but the atmosphere and food were worth it! I specifically enjoyed the ceviche and the poblano pepper taco. Our tequila and mezcal margaritas were tasty, but a little weak in our opinion. Didn't diminish from how much we enjoyed the bustling and beautiful restaurant!

A true feast, Páramo does what it does very well. The food is vibrant in taste and flavours, and the scenery is indeed photographic (even if rightfully so many reviews here mention the words “foreigners” and “hipster”). Ask for a table in the back room as it’s quieter and the doors open out onto great views of the street. If you’re vegan try the mushroom taco. The guacamole is also stellar, and the fried fish taco is great. Sure, a corner neighbourhood taco joint can be just as tasty and far cheaper, but Páramo is worth the splurge.
