Parasail Cancun - 77500 Cancún

About 15-20 minutes up in the air, just the short transportation from the beach to the boat by jet ski was very fun. $70 per person while a bit shortlived still a great experience.

These guys offered $200 USD for parasailing!! Wow, what a rip off. One adult and one child with a couple pictures for $200 USD!? No discount for kids?? That’s quite a hefty price tag for 10 minutes in the sky. I mean c’mon…even with transportation, wages, gas for the boat, we’re talking ten minutes of flying time here. Thats $20 USD PER MINUTE!!! Happy to support the Mexican economy, but not these crooks.

We had a blast!!. It was the first time for my Sister, but she loved it. Easy to book and we had a great time and got some great photos.

Great day trip for the family. Shuttle arrived at our hotel on time, parasail was a blast, people were friendly, what more could you ask for. They shuttled small groups to and from the main boat. I was pleased at how efficient this was, and by doing so, we didn't feel like we were waiting around and burning excess vacation time.

SCAM ARTISTS Do not go here, they are not honest and will try to change the price on you. I was offered the picture package in person for both flights for a final price of $70. I contacted them a few days later and they tried charging me $120 for the same pictures I was already offered for $70. Shady business practices and will change the price on you. Response to owner: That price was offered to me after both flights concluded. Even at this point you are still telling lies to cover up your scams. I will never conduct business with you again and I would highly recommend to anyone else considering doing parasailing to go with their hotel and avoid these scam artists who change the price on you.

Amazing experience. This was our first time parasailing and much more exciting is that we got to do it in Cancun. The staff that checked us in was very accommodating and friendly and answered all of our questions. We were told that there would be a half hour wait but it end up being faster than that. We were taken to the main boat by a very nice man on a speedboat and the crew on the main boat explained everything to us, which was basically just to enjoy and relax. We were up in the air for about 15 mins. It was the best views in the Caribbean. You could see the crystal turquoise waters and how clear and clean they were and you could see the hotel zone strip and just such amazing views. One thing we requested tho was to get splashed in the water towards the end but they weren't able to grant that since they said the wind had to be stronger for it to be possible. Definitely recommend doing this.

First time parasailing and I am glad we chose this company. Transportation to and from our hotel was quick and efficient. Everyone was nice and friendly at the dock.

We did this review as part of the Cancun City Pass and it did not disappoint. We did the reef, shipwreck and turtle snorkelling and the whole day was easy and enjoyable. They give you time to practice snorkelling in the water before going out in the boat. You only go about half a mile out so you feel safe at all times. The shipwreck is really interesting and you can expect to see lots of tropical fish. Our guide, Monica was excellent and communicated well to us throughout the excursion, keeping us updated and in excited spirits. We saw not one, but two turtles and she was very quick at spotting them which was fab. The photography is quite expensive to buy (I can't remember exactly but I want to say around $45) but it is VERY worth it, the photos are great and you end up with loads of yourself as well as all the fish and creatures you saw during your dive. I would say to not be shy with the photographer, as the pictures are so worth it at the end and are really special to take away. After the turtle snorkelling, they take you to a cenote in the sea which you can swim down into if you're brave enough. There is free water on the boat, and good (very clean) washing facilities as well as a shop. We had hotel transfers and I would recommend this as I don't believe the harbour to be a walking distance from any bus stops. Lockers require a refundable deposit, and there is a harbour fee of $10 per person. I would 10000% recommend, Monica was just lovely and a big thanks to Eduardo and our photographer also.
