Su menú es pequeño, pero cualitativo, en el que destacan sus deliciosos postres y su panadería artesanal. Te recomendamos probar su croissant de jamón serrano con queso, sus waffles de chocolate con frutos rojos, o alguno de sus tropicales smoothie bowls.
 Pardo Café is one of the perfect places in Colonia del Valle to enjoy a light breakfast and a good cup of coffee. Its menu is small, but qualitative, in which its delicious desserts and its artisan bakery stand out. We recommend you try their serrano ham croissant with cheese, their chocolate waffles with red berries, or one of their tropical smoothie bowls.

Aunque pequeño, no le pude nada a las grandes cafeterías. Muy buen sabor, excelente atención y precios razonables

El personal trata con mucha amabilidad y paciencia. Es importante decir que no tardan en darte la orden y puedes sentarte a comer adentro del local o en las sillas que tienen afuera en la banqueta.
Ponen música para ambientar y en general es muy buen servicio. La comida está deliciosa, yo pedí waffles con una malteada.

The staff treats you with great kindness and patience. It is important to say that they do not take long to give you the order and you can sit down to eat inside the premises or in the chairs that they have outside on the sidewalk.
They play music to set the mood and in general it is very good service. The food is delicious, I ordered waffles with a milkshake.
