HAY OTRAS EMPRESAS, ESTA, DEBERIA DE DEJAR PASO A LA COMPETENCIA
In Plaza Tepeyac, Zapopan operates this mediocre company that I entered, I realized that Soriana no longer operates and I wanted to leave, because they charged me, they do NOT ACCEPT TOLERANCES, in addition they do not HAVE CHANGE AND MAKE YOU WAIT and for months only 2 of 4 exits and a poor lady pulls a wire because months ago the BARRIER DIDN'T SERVE
IT IS A PENALTY THAT THIS POOR COMPANY OF A MEDIUM SERVICE AND STOLE YOU WITH $ 9.00 PESOS JUST FOR TAKING THE TICKET
THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES, THIS, SHOULD GIVE PASS TO THE COMPETITION

Y a sus clientes y asociados los descuidan por este mismo aspecto.

Su personal es prepotente y sus tarifas de estacionamiento deben de ser de las más caras de la ciudad
Terrible experience with this company that manages parking lots.
Their staff is pushy and their parking fees must be some of the most expensive in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiendo de que pagar por estacionar en plazas donde vamos a consumir es un insulto al consumidor. Encima de eso su personal está muy poco capacitado. Realizan los cortes de caja a las horas pico, personal sin cubrebocas y encima tener que esperar más de 20mins por su ineptitud.
Assuming that paying to park in places where we are going to consume is an insult to the consumer. On top of that, its staff is very poorly trained. They cut the cash at peak hours, staff without masks and, on top of that, have to wait more than 20 minutes due to their ineptitude.

They kidnapped my car in Plaza Manantial. They left the entry pen open but the exit pens closed until 8 am.
