Buenas tardes, el día sábado 31 de octubre 2020. Compro 2 boletos de viaje redondeo de Morelia-Zihuatanejo en el cual le pregunto a la señorita los horarios de salida para el día lunes me menciona los q ahí durante el día y por último me menciona el de las 00:30 horas. Fue el que le pedi, pero ni ella ni yo nos percatamos que debía de decir martes 03/11/2020. Y me lo dejo y confirmo como lunes 02/11/2020. A las 00:30 horas. Cuando estube a punto de abordar verificando mi boleto voy con la señorita que estaba en turno, quien me comenta que si está vencido y que no puede hacer nada, que lo único que podía hacer es tomar mi reporte y pasárselo al gerente y q llegaba hasta las 6:00 am. Le comenté que yo tenía que viajar esa mismo noche para amanecer en mi destino Zihuatanejo, me tomo el reporte por escrito, y canjeo mi segundo boleto que el cual era para mí regreso, el día de hoy me presento a la central de autobuses, en la cual le van a avisar al gerente Alejandro Sánchez, quien ni siquiera me atiende, y manda decir con una Srita. Que no le han respondido a la incidencia ya mencionada y que se te diría que esperar para ello. Buenas tardes, es injusto como por errores de la misma línea, uno como cliente tenga perder $, el día miércoles me presenté en la central de Morelia para ver el seguimiento a mi boleto ya mencionado anteriormente, por lo que en Gerente Alejandro Sánchez ni siquiera da la cara, manda a este Sr. Rubén Gaytán, quien primero menciona, que el Gerente no está, y después dice que está en junta y que por eso no me puede atender, y que la única solución que tiene es un descuento del 30% en el próximo viaje, y que no es del que yo pagué $585.00 si no del de $670.00. Lo más justo sería un 50%. Es una Groceria

Pesimo servicio, no les importa tus intereses como cliente, te dicen que factures en linea y que ellos no lo haran, cuando quieres facturar en línea es una odisea. Al ultimo dejas que hacienda te quite los impuestos por que no puedes facturar.
Terrible service, they do not care about your interests as a client, they tell you to invoice online and that they will not do it, when you want to invoice online it is an odyssey. At the last you let the hacienda take away the taxes because you cannot bill.

Desafortunadamente me tocó un autobús ya muy viejo no le servia el respaldo la pantalla no funcionaba el porta bebidas roto y además el servicio que pagué era directo pero resulta que no, hizo paradas y además se salió de la ruta de pista y tomó por la libre... La verdad es un fraude. No los recomiendo.

El día de hoy viaje de Uruapan a Morelia, el servicio es de lo peor; IMPUNTUALES, SUPER SUCIO Y MUY MAL TRATO. Sería bueno que mejoren, ya que dejan mucho que desear, el costo del servicio no solo es el trayecto, se supone que uno los elije "para ir cómodo" pero pues resulta que no existe tal cosa.

El día de hoy viaje de Uruapan a Morelia , la ruta se retrasó 50 minutos , perdí otro camión que tenía programado hacia mi ciudad de destino , no se me hace justo que no sean empáticos con los clientes , sería bueno que si piensan viajar en esta compañía lo piensen 2 veces porque no es la primera vez qué pasa .

Parhikini bus between Morelia and Ixtapa has a good timetable and the service was fine. The buses are getting old and are starting to show wear inside. We went the highest class and the seats were comfortable but faded and a bit broken. Wifi did not work in either direction. The driver and his associate were talking and laughing loudly together, swearing. I don't think they knew we could hear crystal clearly through the door. Snacks were the smallest size packet of lays chips. If Autovias timetable works with your schedule I would recommend them instead. In my experience they offer a more professional service.
