★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena son amables y rápidos los autobuses están muy limpios noooo todos algunos operadores traen los baños muy mal olientes pero son pocos igual algunos choferes son groseros ami en una ocasión no quise meter mi maleta abajo porque las avientan y las raspan bien feo yo traía aparatología en la maleta y se molestó tanta el chófer porque la subí no estorbaba para nada mi maleta y me dijo que gente como yo tenía que viajar en autobús de 3 cera y le contesto la chica que revisa antes de salir que no podía hacer eso ya que yo soy clienta contante de 8 a 10 salidas por mes y me pidió disculpas el operador son detalles que pasan pero pues el estrés tal ves traía alguna preocupación o enojó y explotó con migo me dijo cosas muy feas pero ya pasó
 The service is good they are friendly and fast the buses are very clean noooo all some operators bring the toilets very stinky but there are few of the same some drivers are rude to me on one occasion I did not want to put my suitcase down because they throw them and scrape them very ugly myself I had appliances in my suitcase and the driver was so upset because I raised it, it did not hinder my suitcase at all and he told me that people like me had to travel by 3-wax bus and the girl who checked before leaving answered that I couldn't do that Since I am a constant customer from 8 to 10 departures per month and the operator apologized to me, the details that happen, but because the stress perhaps brought some concern or got angry and exploded with me, he told me very ugly things but it already happened

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncomfortable ride I don't recommend if you are traveling for more than 2 hours the seats are to hard on your bottom. Also don't recommend if you are a heavy person(over weight) it is a narrow hall and narrow seats. However it did have air conditioning and it did provide media entertainment. Not a bad experience I just don't recommend it if you are traveling for more than an hour however it is the most affordable
