Considero que debería de premiar a sus viajeros, así como la lealtad de éstos como otras empresas de su ramo lo hacen y así siempre tendría pasajeros, porque los autobuses son cómodos, su personal es atento y sus chóferes son muy responsables y calificados para su trabajo!

Pero no es excelente en todo, tiene sus detalles en los autobuses, en lo cuidado que estan, en la higiene. Pareciera que la clase economica es la menos cuidada por parte de la empresa y la que menos servicios de comodidad tiene, eso se me hace muy clasista. En fin hay mucho que cambiar en los servicios de la empresa.
