★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una Iglesia del siglo XVI ubicada en el pueblo de Santa María Y dentro de la Alcaldia Xochimilco, su Arquitectura es hermosa aunque a tenido varias modificaciones a través vez de los siglos, cuenta con un pila bautismal que data de los años 1500, recomiendo ampliamente conocerla es uno de los tesoros Arquitectónicos más valiosos al sur de la Ciudad de Mexico

El sonido es malo y luego con el eco de la iglesia se escucha peor.
De ahí en fuera, todo normal.
Sometimes the homilies have nothing to do with the gospel or the readings.
The sound is bad and then with the echo of the church it is heard worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar bonito y tranquilo. Me da curiosidad como en un pueblo pequeño se construyó en tiempos de la colonia una iglesia tan grande para el lugar. Vale la pena visitarla por saber algo más de historia. La plazuela es pequeña pero hay unas quesadillas muy buenas y un centro holistico en una esquina donde dan acupuntura y ventosa muy recomendable. En los alrededores hay buenos restaurantes como la fonda Santa Clara o la fonda Tepepan. Cerca queda el museo de Dolores Olmedo. Uno puede pasar un día muy agradable por esta zona de la Ciudad de México
It is a nice and quiet place. It makes me curious how in a small town such a large church was built for the place in colonial times. It is worth visiting to know more about history. The square is small but there are some very good quesadillas and a holistic center in a corner where they give acupuncture and cupping highly recommended. In the surroundings there are good restaurants such as the Santa Clara fonda or the Tepepan fonda. Nearby is the Dolores Olmedo museum. One can spend a very pleasant day in this area of Mexico City
