El que aquí nos ocupa es una comunidad muy pequeña, tranquila y sin muchas pretensiones, que se encuentra entre Maravatio, Tlalpujahua y el Santuario de la Mariposa Monarca, en Angangueo. Precisamente por ser tan pequeño, este Tupátaro cuenta con pocos atractivos, uno de ellos es la hermosa Parroquia de San Francisco de Asís que es el punto de reunión de todas las fiestas del pueblo, en un lugar que se caracteriza por la hospitalidad de su gente.
There are at least two Tupátaros in Michoacán.
