Construida en el centro del poblado de visitacion en honor al señor de Tlapalita también conocido como "el señor de las bandas" ya que cuenta la comunidad que bandas que se presentan con él son bandas que van en ascenso después de esto. Una de las primeras fue la banda El Recordó de mazatlán Sinaloa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El clásico arte barroco novohispano se encuentra en esta arquitectura religiosa, en la que los artesanos hicieron el revestimiento en su fachada con cantera. Por dentro lo primero que se admira son unos hermosos vitrales y que decir del atrio ¡Sumamente bello!
