★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quedó a deber Parisina, esto porque lo tenía en otro concepto, más surtido, más ágil con la atención al cliente, a comparación de otra sucursal que había visitado, se me hizo muy poco surtido en tema de la Navidad y con lo que cuentan no son de mi total agrado, hay muy pocas cosas que se ven "bonitas" pero no van a durar mucho si las guardo.
Había demasiada gente y el servicio muy lento, no era fin de semana ni día festivo, por lo cual deberían mejorar ese aspecto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene un gran abasto en telas, sin embargo la metodología de pago y entrega es pésima.
Tienes que hacer fila para pedir listones, y luego otra fila para pedir telas y otra para pagar y finalmente otra para que te entreguen las cosas. Algunas filas son de 30min y otras mínimo de 10minutos.
Sólo había 3 trabajadores los cuales se veían muy cansados y no paraban de trabajar.
Hay un completo desorden por la forma tan errónea para obtener y pagar los productos. Sin duda hace falta una mejor administración del negocio e implementar nuevas y eficientes estratégias de atención al cliente.

You have to line up to order ribbons, and then another line to order fabrics and another to pay and finally another to have things delivered. Some lines are 30 minutes long and others are minimum 10 minutes.
There were only 3 workers who looked very tired and did not stop working.
There is a complete mess of the wrong way to obtain and pay for the products. Better management of the business and the implementation of new and efficient customer service strategies are undoubtedly necessary.
