★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue muy mala, no sé si porque fui por la tarde noche y ya estaban medio cansados pero me mandaban de un lado a otro a pedir lo que quería comprar y no tenían los hilos que buscaba ?
En la noche, la zona se ve un poco insegura y es complicado encontrar lugar de estacionamiento (porque está al lado del paradero de camiones). Recomiendo ir en metrobús, en metro o transporte público, es más fácil.

At night, the area looks a bit insecure and it is difficult to find a parking space (because it is next to the truck stop). I recommend going by metrobus, metro or public transport, it's easier.

No tienen precios a la vista y tienes que ir a cajas a averiguarlos porque el personal no hace nada.
Muy mala sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mejoraron mucho su distribución, aguilizaron la entrega, ya que directamente pasas de solicitar tu material a pagarlo y ahi mismo te lo entregan.
La calidez de las personas que atienden es muy buena, estan pendientes de lo que se te ofrece y ayudan a buscarlo.
Sólo lamento que mi factura no salió en tiempo como me dijeron, y ocasionó que tuviera que regresar a la sucursal.

La que recluta el personal debe de ser otra zángana para contratar a semejantes empleados sin un mínimo de calidad en servicio al cliente.
