En éste caso en particular estoy calificando a ésta tienda con dos estrellitas porque considero que no cuentan con el suficiente personal como para atender a los clientes de manera rápida y eficiente, y también porque creo que los empleados necesitan ser entrenados para atender con amabilidad y cortesía a sus clientes. He ido a comprar algunas cosas los últimos días, y he quedado muuuy decepcionada del trato que recibo del personal que ahí labora. Si vas por la mañana o por la tarde te encuentras con el mismo estado de ánimo de los trabajadores, como muy fastidiados, y sin ganas de atender a la gente, no digo que así son todos, pero sí los que me han atendido a mí.
Ojalá las cosas cambien, desde la gerencia hasta los que atienden al consumidor.
En fin, ellos no son los únicos siempre hay mas opciones.
