Se tiene que hacer una fila para pagar los productos primero y después otra fila para que los entreguen. Y están muy mal organizados. Hay otras tiendas con los mismos productos y mejor atención. They have a variety of things, but the customer service is very bad. There are only one or two workers for every 8 clients. You have to make a line to pay for the products first and then another line to have them delivered. And they are very poorly organized. There are other stores with the same products and better service.

I had lots of bags with me (from previous shopping) but needed to stop here, so I asked the lady of they had a "paqueteria" or a place to leave my bags while I shopped, she said "No". So I had to holdnonntonny bags, constantly set them on the floor and keep an eye on them. I needed to buy many things here, most of them small and in packages or loose, so I asked the lady if she had a shopping basket, she said "no". I ended up getting a tiny little basket that fit in my hands from the counter on my own, to help me with my items. A lady saw me getting zippers and other items in her area and at no point did she mention that I had to to her first so she can "price" the items before heading to the cashier, so since I wasn't aware of this, I waited in line for a while (it was crowded and had like 4 people ahead of me, not to mention all my bags in my hands and a tiny overflowing basket with my items). When I got there, the cashier says she can't charge me I need to go to another lady so she prints a paper with the price ? so I leave some items (the ones that don't need a paper) with her as she requested, headed n got the paper (which tool a while) and retuned, only to have to wait in line AGAIN, soni could pay. This was a terrible shopping experience, you have to go empty handed, and they won't give you a shopping bag ? luckily a had one in my purse.
