This was a painful experience. Terrible service. I found someone to help me but this person told I needed to go and stand in line to ask someone to help me. I did. I went back to where I had first found the person to "help" me to point at the material I wanted. He made a note and asked me to go and stand in line to pay for the material. Once I had paid, I was asked again to stand in line to pickup the material...the whole process took forever!!!! Service without a smile. Employees appeared to be bored. All that was terrible but the worse part was that when I got home I washed the material, and 6metters of it were defective!!! There where stains all over and some parts where thorned ?? That material came from the discounted pile however, it does not say ANYWHERE in the store that the discounted material is defective. No quality are all. I'll be asking for a refund and sadly will not visit again. It's a shame, 3 to 4 years ago this was my favorite place to go for material, thread, zippers etc.
