Pero el personal no es muy amable, el día de ayer por descuido deje ahí mi cartera con papeles de suma importancia, y algo de dinero ya que estaba comprando cositas de arreglos para un bautizo de hecho estaba buscando hasta lo más barato y había descuentos de 1 peso en saleros y portaglobos y fue lo que compre. Se me quedó mi cartera ahí xq la dejé en el mostrador donde atienden y ya de ahí me fue a mi carro y no compre en ninguna otra tienda nada, ni saque ya el monedero y estando en mi casa ame si cuenta. Regrese hoy para hablar con el gerente y me pudieran mostrar las cámaras por si alguna de las empeladas la agarro o la guardo y fue muy grosero sin ganas de hacer algo para mantener contentos a sus clientes. Ni siquiera trato de ayudar solo dijo nadie dejo nada y sigo haciendo sus cosas. En realidad pienso que debe tener más empatia si se trata de mantener al cliente contento y satisfecho con sus compras. No agrado nada su forma de ser ni de actuar. ?

La diferencia es que uno busca con asesoría o sin ella lo que necesite, solo el corte de telas o las cortinas si tiene que ser atendido por una empleada. Más sin embargo no tiene que hacer largas filas para pagar y otra para que le entreguen. Directamente pasa a cajas. Es una libertad y un ahorro de tiempo enorme. Claro que hay vigilancia al entrar y al salir, además de normas sanitarias.
