“NO HAY DEVOLUCIONES” Hace unos días pague una tela, porque ahora primero se paga y luego te cortan la tela. Para mi sorpresa al momento de cortar, la tela estaba manchada , pregunté qué procedía y me dijeron que no había devoluciones, tuve que llevarme la tela del mismo rollo porque no tenían otro.
El día de hoy regrese a comprar un marco para foto, compre uno que me gusto y después fui a imprimir la foto a Office de por, para mi sorpresa no había impresión del tamaño del marco, regrese a pedir un cambio y tampoco me lo hicieron porque el nuevo marco costaba menos que el primero que ya había pagado, pero si me llevaba uno más caro si me podían cobrar la diferencia. ?
En ningún lugar de la tienda tienen su política de NO DEVOLUCIONES.
