Asquerosa atención al cliente, ni los 40 min esperando para que ninguna de las 2 mujeres de ahi me atendiera, me vieron, les dije que me atendieran y me formé en la fila para que al final me saltaran. No vayan al local, evitense perder su tiempo y ganar coraje.

Es normal, en todas las parisina y modatelas el servicio del personal es pésimo, parece que nos regalan las telas.

Pesimo servicio, no te atiende nadie , tienes que buscar quien te hace el favor de darte tela y cuando les preguntan te mandan a una mesa donde no hay nadie y se hace una fila muy larga

Lo peor más de una hora para q me atendieran y salieron con que era otra fila otra media hora y luego a caja y regresar para q la corten , di quieren algo aprevengance con 2 o 3 horas es demaciado tardado y unas pachorreces

He ido pocas veces y muy separadas y ahora espero no olvidar que no debo regresar, la penúltima vez era una persona nueva en el trabajo y no me sabía orientar sobre un producto de verdad con mucha paciencia le dije que preguntara a algún compañero para yo irme segura con mi compra u me contesta que si hacia eso tenía que formarme otra vez... Osea de por sí , y la última ya ni hablar, pésimo de verdad.

Quisiera que el personal esté mejor capacitado para atender, el lugar es bueno y la variedad que manejan de telas para distintas cosas me parece un punto a favor, cierran un poco antes de lo previsto te recomiendo llegar 15 o 20 minutos antes para alcanzar a llegar.

Tiene gran variedad en telas, mercería, mantas, franelas, yute, todo tipo de hilos, pinturas, listones y accesorios para manualidades. El servicio al cliente no es el mejor, recientemente fui y creo que ya mejoró un poco pero en general la tienda está bien, solo les falta mejorar MUCHO el mal servicio que tienen. Te hacen esperar 5,10,15,20minutos y sin que nadie te atienda, hay poco personal para toda la gente que llega a preguntar. Las cajeras la mayor parte del tiempo están batallando con el cambio (dinero) y muchas veces atienden de mala gana.
