Buen servicio de lavado, solo q tuve q esperar una hora a q lavaran de nuevo un auto de un cliente muy exigente, y 4 o 5 autos q llegaron después de mi, salieron antes, es de pensar si pueden mejorar la fluidez

Muy mal me dejaron mi camioneta muy sucia no era lo que yo esperaba y costo 140 pesos mas 30 pesos propina. No se vale. Siempre la llevo ahi a lavar.???

Una hora y 20 minutos para que me terminen el carro, súuuuuper lentos… El servicio en caja bien, el túnel no tanto; creo que es de los más “agresivos” con los espejos completamente volteados al salir (en otros car wash se toman la molestia de ponerte sujetadores para que no se abran); el encargado del túnel tuvo que usar una escoba para mantener el brazo mecánico de un rodillo levantado y no pegara en el techo de mi vehículo ??‍♀️. Primera y última vez que vengo a este carwash

Servicio muy lento pero vale la pena. Batallo mucho con la facturación y eso quizá sea un factor para que ya no regreso. La cajera Isabel siempre esta de mal humor, me dijo que mi factura salia en automatico y no fue cierto, que mal que lo engañen a uno asi.

El mejor servicio siempre, entregas a tiempo, aunque dejes tus cosas personales nunca se pierde nada, muy honestos los empleados y muy amables las señoritas que reciben y entregan los carros

El servicio es lento después del túnel, el cual siento muy desgastado ya que se siente en el automóvil cuando los rodillos que tallan se pegan demasiado a la carrocería y podrían abollarla o quebrar los retrovisores externos. He durado una hora con cuarenta minutos desde que salgo del túnel. El servicio me parece atento.

Es la segunda vez que voy, mi hermana me lo recomendaba mucho. La verdad no me gustó esta ultima ocasion, les dejo los detalles a continuación. Nota: algunos mencionan que la cajera no los trata bien o no les agrada por lo menos a mi si me trató bien así que por esa parte no hay problema - alguien mencionó que depende del grupo de empleados que atiende en la limpieza de interiores y secado y creo que es cierto pues la primera vez fue de mejor calidad - me agradó el detalle del aromatizante (mora) - la primera vez que fui solo fue el lavado exterior y entiendo que no haya sido al 100% porque era noche, hacia mucho frio (8 grados aproximadamente) y estaban a punto de cerrar aún así note que hicieron un buen trabajo y se esmeraron. en esta última ocasión fui temprano había buen clima pocos carros y no le pusieron detalle a la limpieza *Sugerencia para el negocio: Que los empleados en su uniforme tengan visible su nombre, de esa manera es mas facil identificarlos y en caso de queja o aclaración es mas fácil saber quién fué -Fuí el dia de hoy a medio día, no había carros es decir no habia fila entré directo me atendieron 2 personas para limpiar el carro por dentro y secarlo ( no estaba muy sucio solo algo de polvo, asientos traseros con unas manchas de polvo y no tenía basura en el interior) Me lo empezaron a limpiar y yo fui a la sala de espera aproximadamente pasaron 10 minutos y me dijeron que estaba listo y lo mire sin ponerle detalle y vi que no tenia armor all (se notaba especialmente en una vista negra que tiene en el exterior porque se opaco por el sol) y le pregunte a una persona que los estaba supervisando o no se si sea el propietario y les pidió que le pusieran armor all me avisaron que estaba listo y me fuí, me entró la duda y lo revisé y me di cuenta que el armor all no lo aplicaron bien, y por dentro no habían aspirado bien el carro ni le habian quitado manchas que tenía de polvo en las puertas y asientos traseros, asi que me regresé estaba a una cuadra de distancia y pedí que me lo aspiraran me atendió el supervisor / propietario Y ya quedó listo, no le mencione lo del armor all ni de la cajuela que quedo algo de tierra, pues habia mas carros y ya habia durado ahí como 1 hora y ya me quería ir, me importaba mas la aspirada quedó listo y me fuí.
