El día siguiente me despertaron sus trabajadores de construcción a las 7.30 a martillazos debajo de mi ventana y siguieron golpeando todo el día, no había agua caliente en la regadera por la mañana,la comida seguía igual de mala. Los elevadores tienen invertidas las señales, si llega el que sube el señalamiento indica que baja. Los baños de los restaurantes huelen bastante mal. La cerradura de la habitación no cerraba correctamente. Lo único rescatable del hotel la gente que trabaja ahí. The next day his construction workers woke me up at 7:30 am with hammering under my window and kept hitting all day, there was no hot water in the shower in the morning, the food was just as bad. The elevators have the signals inverted, if the one who goes up arrives, the signal indicates that it goes down. The bathrooms in the restaurants smell pretty bad. The room lock did not lock properly. The only redeemable thing about the hotel is the people who work there.

O contato inicial é super amigável, mas é tudo faixada para vender para você! Depois ao tentar contatar para problemas, mesmo apresentando fatos e cálculos, e principalmente para cancelar vão (1) ignorar você, (2) fingir que não estão entendendo do que está falando e (3) SE parecer que estão ajudando na verdade vão apenas continuar enrolando você! Se tem dúvidas veja o número de reclamações no TripAdvisor e ReclameAqui (se procurar no google eles pagam/bloqueiam para apenas aparecer coisas boas deles e principalmente em mídias)! Olhem os relatos dos JÁ CLIENTES e mesmo o que acontece quando um não cliente SE RECUSA a contratar os serviços deles na hora da venda (são seus amiguinhos e no momento que diz "não" eles viram as costas para vocês e tratam super mal)! Minha família e eu somos a todo momento tratados como "idiotas" (que de fato somos por ter caído na conversa deles) por TODOS e em TODOS os canais de comunicação com eles (seja em inglês, espanhol ou português) para ter ideia do quão grande é o "esquema" deles. TOTAL DESRESPEITO POR PESSOAS! DON'T DO ANYTHING WITH ROYAL HOLIDAY! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ROYAL HOLIDAY! BUY NOTHING FROM ROYAL HOLIDAY! Fraudulent company that basically steals your money! The initial contact is super friendly, but everything is sold to you! Then when trying to contact for problems, even presenting facts and calculations, and mainly to cancel, they will (1) ignore you, (2) pretend they don't understand what you are talking about and (3) IF they seem to be helping, they will actually just continue wrapping you up! If you have doubts see the number of complaints on TripAdvisor and ReclameAqui (if you search on google they pay / block to just show their good stuff and especially in the media)! Look at the accounts of the ALREADY CUSTOMERS and even what happens when a non-customer REFUSES to hire their services at the time of sale (they are your little friends and when they say "no" they turn their backs on you and treat them very badly)! My family and I are constantly treated as "idiots" (which we really are for falling for their conversation) by EVERYONE and EVERY channel of communication with them (whether in English, Spanish or Portuguese) to get an idea of how big is their "scheme". TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR PEOPLE!
