This hotel is nowhere near what it was a few years ago. This was the usual hotel for Acapulco, but now I will not return. They have it super run down, their lousy staff, the limited restaurants, the food is no longer good. The pools with green water (who knows why). I really do not recommend it at all.

The first time I visited the hotel I was about 11 years old... I loved it, the people were very very friendly. The buffet is delicious and with a lot of variety, the drinks are not even mentioned.... I even remember that they had a peacock... Haha... The rooms are very clean and several courtesy things. And so... My mother took me every year and the last time I went and I still liked it, I was already 25 years old with a baby.... That was the last time I went until now.... I convinced When my husband went to celebrate my 31st birthday, I told him wonders about the place, I even told him that it was the best for a family plan and he loves buffets and that's where I convinced him. Error!!!!! I didn't think they would lower the quality so much in every way. Since I arrived, those from the parking lot in a bad mood, they treat you with regret... The super despotic reception lady made it clear to me from the beginning that I had to leave the room at 12 O'CLOCK!!! ONE MORE MINUTE AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE NIGHT.... I mean what??!!!! I told him that in several hotels, even 5-star ones... Even in Cancun.... They can extend you to leave the room at 1 pm.... And there were no extra charges.... I just turned to see with a face.... And he said, well, not here.... He gave me the most hidden room in the hotel, passing through 2 elevators, walkers... I asked him to change my room and in return he gave me a smaller one, my husband reassured me and told me that we better enjoy ourselves, since we brought all the attitude to have a good time.... And mistake again.... Breakfast, lunch and dinner, no variety, the same stews only different sauces... The waiters They are accessible as long as you leave them a good tip, if not, they won't even beat you.... The pool is suuuuuper filthy, very, very dirty, the beach is also already very dirty.... And there are already those who sell coconuts and put tattoos. According to private but there are already street vendors... Anyway... The constant harassment of those who sell you the famous memberships is horrible... You tell them no thanks and they even make you feel bad..... I They went looking for the pool, I told them no because my children were enjoying themselves and they weren't going to want to go out, to which they replied. "Well, who's in charge, they or you, I have Xbox for them to play" I left very, very disappointed, it was not the hotel I remembered... Sadly, all the good memories were taken away from me...
