★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted them though their Instagram to make an appointment. The next day, they are able to reply back and they are able to see me the same day for my hands. I asked to make an appointment for their Madame Experience first but there is no availability till Friday. Anyways, my nail tech is Raquel. She understands a bit of an English which is nice. I told her I had my nails done to a nail shop in GDL also like 2 weeks ago and I wanted her to fix it. She did retouched on my acrylics, clean up, shaped it up and made sure it's all nice and clean. She is very gentle and really made me felt so comfortable and relaxed. I almost fall asleep. They offer me drinks also and the chair are very comfortable. I will be back again for my pedicure! Yall should try this nail spa! Affordable, very good ambiance and very relaxing! I had the manicure magnifique and my hands and arms felt soft and nice! Thank you!
