Parole Tulum - 77780 Tulum

Overall a great dining experience! We got here kinda early, so we had pretty much the whole place to ourselves. We had complimentary bread as an appetizer, and I can confidently say it ranks comfortably amongst the top 3 restaurant bread I've had ever. We ordered 4 dishes to share amongst 5 adults + 2 kids, and that was enough. Would've loved to stay for dessert but the kids were insisting to hit the beach so we had to run. Totally recommend you check this place out, and I specially recommend the "GNOCCHI DI PATATE ALLA CREMA DI GORGONZOLA"

I was staying in the hotel opposite and I walked past on a few occasions and thought what a lovely place. I have eaten in a few other restaurants of the same chain and had a great experience and lovely food. Unfortunately I was so disappointed with Parole Tulum. I ordered a Beef Carpaccio for a starter. I was half way through eating it when a bug appeared from the rocket, it carried on walking across the plate. I know ? % that bug was in the Rocket. I called a member of staff over and the bug was still on the plate. His response was “your in the jungle it happens” NO it does not. He offered me tequila or a free desert!! We had our main meal which I then could not enjoy. I left most of it. When we came to pay I explained i was so disappointed!!!! Not really bothered in the slightest which is such a same. I certainly will not return to this restaurant. Extremely disappointed

We ate here one evening and it was delicious! The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. A beautiful ambiance too! One note is that particular evening, there wasn’t much breeze and unfortunately my husband and I had eaten up by mosquitoes. Not really in their control other than that some bug spray would have been helpful. Other than that, the pasta, the soup, the salads we had were inventive and very high quality ?

I cannot begin to describe how good of an experience we both had at this restaurant. To start off, the reservation was very easy to make, and we got right in and sat down. Our waiter was one of the best waiters we've ever had in our entire lives. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. Definitely went above and beyond. The atmosphere was amazing, the music was very pleasant, and all of the staff was just incredible. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody

Myself and a group of friends celebrated a friend's birthday and we had a ball! Great music really good food awesome atmosphere dim lit great nighttime dining and party experience. The staff was very friendly and they even came over to our table and danced with us! There was also an amazing violin player who played in front of our table and we enjoyed every minute! I would definitely come here again when in Tulum!

amazing staff. amazing service. highly recommend. you will need for nothing. we called 2 hours in advance to reserve a table for 7pm. & to my surprise there’s no one else here. definitely IG friendly. valet parking. hookah option(1200pesos). sparkling wine/champagne option (1200pesos-25000pesos) live DJ. great atmosphere. we didn’t use the valet; probably shouldve though. (btw people say the beach road is bad & it’s not bad at all. traffic moves at a decent pace; if you park yourself, it’s not much). definitely come to this place

Wow what an experience. Very professional and friendly staff. First we were asked for any allergies and they took care of it the hole night. Food was exceptional, Ambiente great and there was a little show with a violinist, wow! Not cheap but worth it! We spend around 160 Dollars for 2 and hat 2 appetizers, noodles and one dessert and two alcoholic drinks.
