Si tú quieres información sobre algún trámite no hay número de teléfono a dónde llamar para pedir información. Me parece importante tener un número de teléfono para comunicarse al palacio, si estás fuera y necesitas preguntar algo importante al palacio no podrás.

If you want information about any procedure, there is no phone number to call to request information. I think it is important to have a phone number to communicate with the palace, if you are away and need to ask the palace something important you will not be able to.
