Es una parque amplio,.que se encuentra ubicado en esta localidad de Huixcolotla, Municipio de Tierra Blanca, Veracruz.
Cuenta con áreas verdes, pasillos para caminar bien trazados, bancas para sentarse a descansar un rato. También cuenta con una pequeña área de juegos en la cual los niños pueden divertirse.
También cuenta con una pequeña plaza cívica la cuál tiene una pequeña asta para Izar la bandera nacional de México.
En la parte central del mismo, tiene un kiosco el cual se adorna año con año por las autoridades locales cuando se celebran las fiestas patrias del mes de septiembre y es el punto de reunión de los pobladores para dar el grito de independencia los días 15 de septiembre en el cual participan las autoridades locales, los alumnos y maestros de las instituciones escolares de esta localidad.
En el mes de noviembre es punto de reunión para las personas de este lugar y de las localidades cercanas ya que se lleva a cabo la feria de esta localidad en la cual instalan juegos mecánicos y diversos puestos de juegos.

It is a large park, which is located in this town of Huixcolotla, Municipality of Tierra Blanca, Veracruz.
It has green areas, well-laid corridors to walk, benches to sit down and rest for a while. It also has a small play area where children can have fun.
It also has a small civic plaza which has a small flagpole to raise the national flag of Mexico.
In the central part of it, it has a kiosk which is decorated year after year by the local authorities when the national holidays are celebrated in September and it is the meeting point of the inhabitants to give the cry of independence on the 15th of September in which local authorities, students and teachers from the schools of this town participate.
In the month of November, it is a meeting point for the people of this place and the nearby towns since the fair of this town is held in which they install rides and various game stalls.
