★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderfull, the best feeling with lots of colors, friendly police enforment agents. And a variety of people and outdoor activities to enjoy at this park in front of the city Municipal Palace, next to a great Historical Church and a variety of mom and pop local gastronomy restaurants, clothing and electronic stores around, near by hotels at great prices and restaurants, banking system steps away, comvenient stores OXXO near by and so on. Micro buses to move around the city for very cheap prices a block away. The best is the locals, people are their best assets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dramatic grinder where at every moment you can imagine an angry crowd assembled to clamor for justice and right, this plaza, with statues and municipal mementos, is closed to the public. Narrow corredors marked off by cable direct the people across this area without regard for social distance.
Fortunately, areas of the plaza, set apart with more cable, have been set aside for shoe shiners and their family, friends and casual acquaintances.
