★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for kids to ride bikes, track is at least half a mile maybe more. Has tutorial exhibits and is huge for events, but is in reynosa,mx. Threat of violence exists and the government doesn't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering how dangerous Reynosa is, this is a good place to go for a run, since it is fenced, so at least you are safest in here than out on the street, to be hit by a bullet...
There have been some robberies, many stories of car windows shattered...
Some parts of the track are missing lights, so at night it can be hard to see... you may want to carry some lamps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to walk or do exercise. Just put on some insect repellent the mosquitoes will bite till sun comes up. You can take a bike too. The place is the best in Reynosa for big events as graduations, it is also for theater. There is a second building almost completed under construction, not sure what will be for.
