★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para convivir entre familia lo que si le hace falta es un poco mas de cuidado ya que lo descuidan mucho, por otra parte la delincuencia hace de las suyas al destruir los juegos infantiles creo les hace falta mas vigilancia por parte del municipio y también de los vecinos responsables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bastante bueno solo la higiene o el debido mantenimiento en el pasto es algo malo debido a que los vecinos pasean a sus canes y no recogen sus desechos, los juegos están en buenas condiciones.
