★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First place we visited on the night we arrived in Merida we walked here at midnight to find food amd there was plenty to be had here. We decided on grilled hotdogs with onions and peppers bacon..so good with home made lemonaide

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This park isn’t the best atleast for small children. It’s a tad bit rough and high. But the area is great right next to the market and lovely scenery. The park isn’t really shaded by any trees so it can get very hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quaint little neighborhood park with terrific street style food and a small but great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables to carry home for a home cooked meal or snack.
Maybe not so much a tourist stop, but a nice place to sit and enjoy a much quieter moment than in the bigger downtown squares.
Overall a more authentic experience can be found here with the locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely park with many great restaurants on the park and others within a few meters. Spectacular at night with all the lights and lanterns lit. Yucatecan Serenade, an open-air dance with live music, has been held weekly since 1965 at this park on a Thursday evening around 9pm
