Beautiful subdivision ... excellent location ... excellent view of the city and the Cristo de Copoya hill .. cooler climate than the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HERMOSA VISTA DEL VALLE DE LA CIUDAD DE TUXTLA, SU CLIMA RIQUÍSIMO ES FRESCO Y LA ZONA ES MUY TRANQUILA. AHÍ VIVO Y VALE MUCHO LA PENA PORQUE ES MUY TRANQUILO PARA LOS QUE TENEMOS HIJOS PEQUEÑOS.
BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE VALLEY OF THE CITY OF TUXTLA, ITS RICH CLIMATE IS FRESH AND THE AREA IS VERY QUIET. I ALIVE LIVE AND THE PENALTY IS WORTHY BECAUSE IT IS VERY QUIET FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SMALL CHILDREN.

Una Maravilla Natural para l@s Mexican@s y extranjeros, sin duda un lugar único como los tiene en muchas partes chiapas y todo México y por lo que veo aprecian más l@s extranjer@s,ademas de que se puede descansar y cuenta con todo, desde baños limpios, estacionamiento libre y comidas en diferentes locales he hos en el momento y con un sazón único puesto por cada persona que los prepara, el lago prácticamente hermoso se transita en el en balsas de las que usaban los primeros habitantes, una isla en medio, un cenote y un río subterráneo que comunica con otros y de donde es y alimenta con esas aguas color azul turquesa, sin duda una experiencia única. Les invito a conocer una de tantas maravillas que hay ahí. Que lo disfruten y en familia mejor.

A Natural Wonder for Mexicans and foreigners, without a doubt a unique place as it is in many parts of Chiapas and all of Mexico and from what I see they appreciate foreigners more, in addition to that you can rest and have everything from clean bathrooms, free parking and meals in different places I have hos at the time and with a unique seasoning set by each person who prepares them, the practically beautiful lake is transited in rafts of those used by the first inhabitants, a Island in the middle, a cenote and an underground river that communicates with others and where it is from and feeds with those turquoise blue waters, without a doubt a unique experience. I invite you to discover one of the many wonders that are there. Enjoy it and as a family better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tranquilo lugar para vivir, calles más o menos amplias y cómodas, limpio el entorno y parque que existe al interior. Buena iluminación en casi todas las calles; falta postación de luz en calle secundaria El Ocote.
Muy buen sistema de seguridad al ingresar/salir a cargo de empresa externa. Hermosa vista de la ciudad.
Pésimo el estado del pavimento de Calle Central Sur desde Lib. Sur hasta el fracc. única vía de acceso.
Quiet place to live, more or less wide and comfortable streets, clean environment and park that exists inside. Good lighting on almost every street; electricity is missing in secondary street El Ocote.
Very good security system when entering / leaving in charge of external company. Beautiful view of the city.
Terrible the state of the pavement of Calle Central Sur from Lib. South to the fracc. single access road.
