★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet area. The only obtrusive sound is the air highway above. Also there is a 7-11 nearby for fast Four Loko needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a lot of noise from the Demet side, the airplanes and the people around. Small apartments, you can hear everything. Not enough parking lots for visitors and also they kick you out after four hours using the parking lot.
They provide you with a door access device that only works accessing your building but it doesn't for the plaza, talked to the admin and he doesn't do anything to fix it.
