★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It recently had a remodeling for some areas, the town theater is gorgeous!! There is a new kids area that is inclusive to wheelchairs and has a convenience store. There is a big interactive museum of arts and science. Air Modeling track, motocross track, bike track, a big lake, running track, tennis courts, soccer courts, volleyball courts and more. It is supper big!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large park with forested areas, playgrounds, a zoo, an open-air aircraft museum, bike rental, a lake, and many paths. If you're lucky, you'll encounter the herds of sheep that sometimes run through the middle of the park.
It is a bit inaccessible. Easier to get to by car than by walking. Also it closes in the evening, and has hours that vary and change frequently. There are only a few entrances and some are currently closed or under maintenance. Potosinos like to say that Tangamanga is larger than Central Park in NYC, but in actuality huge portions of Tangamanga are not accessible because they are closed, or under construction, making the park much smaller. Bathrooms are quite terrible if you're unfortunate enough to need one.
It is safe.
