★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy bien el lugar y tiene una Bella vista a La Laguna. Sin embargo se me hace una groseria y mal gusto que para utilizarlo haya que pagar una Renta, siendo que por eso cpbran cada mes una cuota de Mantenimiento la cual para nada es barata...
The place is very good and it has a beautiful view of La Laguna. However, I find it rude and in bad taste that to use it you have to pay a Rent, which is why every month they charge a Maintenance fee which is not cheap at all ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito, sobre todo para familias, es seguro, no dejan entrar a cualquiera, tienen vigilancia, hay parques adentro y una parte de la villa, las casas comparten alberca. Comprar la propiedad te da derecho a un servicio incluido que cuesta $700 al mes, para darle mantenimiento a los jardines, a las albercas, así como independiencia de CFE, la verdad me gustó mucho ese lugar, sin embargo la parte negativa es que si tienes perros, es tu deber sacarlos a pasear, no los puedes tener sueltos un par de horas al día.
It is a very quiet and beautiful place, especially for families, it is safe, they do not let anyone in, they have surveillance, there are parks inside and a part of the villa, the houses share a pool. Buying the property entitles you to an included service that costs $ 700 a month, to maintain the gardens, the pools, as well as CFE independence, I really liked that place, however the negative part is that if you have dogs, it is your duty to take them for a walk, you can not have them loose a couple of hours a day.
