Es importante respetar y no ser invasivos. Los días en que decoran las tumbas es el día 2 de Noviembre. No hay estacionamiento pero en esos días alquilan muchos lugares en casas de la zona. Visitarlo en Día de los Muertos es revivir ancestrales tradiciones mexicanas, es imperdonable no visitar el panteón y presenciar culto que deudos ofrecen a sus seres queridos fallecidos. Mixquic recibe con mucha calidez a turistas locales y extranjeros. y -literal- abren las puertas de sus casas para facilitar desde uso de sanitario, o simplemente permitir fotos de sus altares. Mixquic is a wonderful town a couple of hours from CDMX. Visiting him on Dia de los Muertos is reviving ancestral Mexican traditions, it is unforgivable not to visit the pantheon and witness worship offered to his deceased loved ones. Tiene un retablo dorado y decoración en alto relieve igualmente dorado en el techo, la verdad está magnífico y se ve bien conservado. La capilla abierta se usa para clases de catecismo oír ejemplo. Cuenta con una torre-campanario separado de la parroquia. Tiene un jardín que resguarda esculturas prehispánicas o restos de arquerías como dovelas. Entre por la carretera Tláhuac- Chalco y en el lugar conocido como el puente del Toro de vuelta hacía Mixquic y vera como era nuestra ciudad hace 50 años. Un maravilloso viaje en el tiempo !!!!!! Sus canales, su iglesia,su museo dentro del claustro , su festividad de los fieles difuntos !!!! Two kilometers of dirt road allows us to go back in time and reach the magical town of Mixquic. There's a fair and vintage around. This place is usually crowded on these dates so you might take a bus to get here, or park outside the town in order to reach the fair.
