Construida recientemente en el centro de la población, se trata de una construcción sencilla, austera, sin embargo en su fachada se conserva el marco de la antigua iglesia de la población, labrada en cantera, con la inscripción que mandara realizar Juan Nepomuceno Flores en 1857. En el interior se conserva también el primer cuerpo del altar mayor del viejo templo dedicado a San Miguel. En el interior podrá descubrir algunas imágenes encarnadas y estofadas de fines del siglo XVIII, entre ellas una de las muy pocas imágenes de bulto de San Ignacio de Loyola que se conservan en la diócesis.
PARISH OF SAN MIGUEL. Recently built in the center of the town, it is a simple, austere construction, however in its façade the frame of the old church of the town, carved in quarry, is preserved, with the inscription that Juan Nepomuceno Flores ordered to be made in 1857 In the interior the first body of the main altar of the old temple dedicated to San Miguel is also conserved. Inside you can discover some incarnated and stewed images of the late eighteenth century, including one of the very few images of Saint Ignatius of Loyola that are preserved in the diocese.
