Se ubica a un costado de la carretera Tlaxcala-San Martín Texmelucan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubicada en Panotla Tlaxcala, es un excelente lugar para vistar por su historia. En ella se refugió el pueblo el 19 de noviembre de 1914, lo que más tarde se le conoció como el cuartelazo. Panotla es un excelente lugar para visitar en el carnaval antes y durante semana santa. No hay que perderse el desfile de Carnaval. Muy recomendable visitar el 15 y16 de septiembre durante las fiestas patrias. Sus festejos incluyen carreras de caballos, antojitos, y concursos. Pasando el 15 de diciembre se organizan el tradicional mole de panotla, la fiesta de globos de cantoya y la feria en su calle principal Emiliano Zapata.
