La verdad nunca había pagado tanto x una constancia, he pedido en la Salle y lo más que he pagado es 150 o 200 pesos , por eso mi asombro y mi pregunta ahora es...quien pone los precios de esos documentos ?

The truth is that I had never paid so much for a certificate, I have asked at La Salle and the most I have paid is 150 or 200 pesos, that is why I am amazed and my question now is... who sets the prices of those documents?
