★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caminamos por el jardín principal desde dónde se aprecia en todo su esplendor este santuario.
Un lugar hermoso, parece que te transportas a las hermosas e imponentes construcciones Europeas, tiene un atrio amplio y un patio con una fuente al centro, con arcos, en la puerta de la entrada un escudo de color oro.
Opulencia en su construcción, me encantó admirar esta arquitectura y expresión religiosa de aquella época.
Les recomiendo escribir su propia historia, hasta la próxima y buen viaje!!!!!
 We walk through the main garden from where this sanctuary can be seen in all its splendor.
A beautiful place, it seems that you are transported to the beautiful and imposing European constructions, it has a wide atrium and a patio with a fountain in the center, with arches, at the entrance door a shield of gold color.
Opulence in its construction, I loved to admire this architecture and religious expression of that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Santuario de Nuestra Señora de la Luz fue construido entre 1743 y 1808 con cantera rosa y sobresalen sus dos imponentes torres campanario, estructuradas en 4 cuerpos con algunos elementos neoclásicos. Su interior contiene altares neoclásicos atribuidos a los arquitectos Francisco Eduardo Tresguerras y Manuel Tolsá. En el retablo mayor del santuario, se encuentra la imagen de la santísima virgen de la Luz, elaborada a base de pulpa de caña de maíz a finales del siglo XVI por el indígena Juan “el Converso”.
The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Light was built between 1743 and 1808 with pink stone and its two imposing bell towers stand out, structured in 4 sections with some neoclassical elements. Its interior contains neoclassical altars attributed to the architects Francisco Eduardo Tresguerras and Manuel Tolsá. In the main altarpiece of the sanctuary, there is the image of the Blessed Virgin of Light, made from corn cane pulp at the end of the 16th century by the indigenous Juan “el Converso”.
