Quedando muy amplio en su interior, debido a que el techo se colocó varios metros arroba de donde originalmente se tenía. Esto ayudará para una mejor circulación de aire sobre todo en el verano. Cuenta con un gran latrio al frente, pero también se puede acceder por la parte de atrás. No hay estacionamiento propio, por lo que hay que dejar el auto en la calle, tratando de no bloquear los estacionamientos de los vecinos.
