A lo largo de los años ha tenido muchos curas a su cargo, así como bonitas transformaciones en la infraestructura de la iglesia, se han ido ampliando las oficinas de la iglesia, aunque también se ha ido deteriorando la pintura de la iglesia. Varias personas han donado algunos santos que se pueden apreciar al interior de esta iglesia. Con la modernidad muchas personas han dejado de ir a la iglesia y con los diferentes curas que llegan a esta parroquia, los creyentes cambian, algunos dejando de ir a misa y fiestas de esta. Se debe mencionar que actualmente los domingos solo hay una misa y es a las 12 pm.
