Lugar muy apropiado para relajarse y tomar el sol en una banca o la sombra bajo uno de sus frondosos arboles. En este lugar da inicio el tradicional paseo del pendon el cual anuncia la feria de navidad y año nuevo en el mes de diciembre. La parroquia de San Mateo da nombre a uno de los barrios tradicionales de la ciudad de Chilpancingo.
Nice Catholic church dedicated to San Mateo, with a small park in front and a kiosk. Very suitable place to relax and sunbathe on a bench or in the shade under one of its leafy trees. In this place the traditional walk of the banner begins which announces the Christmas and New Year fair in December. The parish of San Mateo gives its name to one of the traditional neighborhoods of the city of Chilpancingo.
