Buen servicio en tienda y buena calidad en los trajes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, atiende gente grosera, cero educada, a cada rato decían que ya se querían ir (Cosa que no es mi problema ni de nadie) quise rentar un disfraz y me lo negaron porque "es disfraz de dama" No mamen, ¿En serio? Les comenté por Facebook y borraron mi comentario, es claro que saben la clase de gente nefasta que tienen en mostrador y al parecer no les interesa la atención a sus clientes.
Terrible place, attends rude people, zero educated, every now and then they said they wanted to leave (Thing that is not my problem or anyone else) I wanted to rent a costume and they denied it to me because "it is a lady's costume" No mom, serious? I commented on Facebook and they deleted my comment, it is clear that they know the kind of ill-fated people they have at the counter and apparently they are not interested in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal es agradable. Un buen punto es que puedes pagar con tarjeta el disfraz, no así el depósito. El surtido de disfraces es bueno. El olor de los disfraces es agradable, lo cual da la confianza de estar limpios. Lo que no me gustó mucho son las cláusulas por cancelaciones o inconvenientes.
The attention of the staff is pleasant. A good point is that you can pay by card for the costume, but not the deposit. The assortment of costumes is good.
