★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encargue un arreglo de globos de un día para otro. Cuando llegue el uno de los globos estaba desinflandose. Y me preguntaron que si quería cambiarlo. Obviamente acepté no iba a comprar un globo desinflado! Ya no tenían el mismo globo. Me lo cambiaron por otro pero al llegar a la casa otro ya se estaba desinflando. Debí fijarme que todos estuvieran bien y ahora no tengo manera de llamar y hacer el reclamo.
 Order an overnight balloon arrangement. When I arrived, one of the balloons was deflating. And they asked me if I wanted to change it. Obviously I agreed I was not going to buy a deflated balloon! They no longer had the same balloon. They changed it for another one but when I got home another one was already deflating. I should have made sure everyone was fine and now I have no way to call and make a claim.
