★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bueno, al menos es el mejor de la zona. Tiene un pedazo de "áreas verdes", es artificial esa zona, pero es bonita, la da vida al local. El precio es razonable. Buena ventilación, buen espacio (no súper grande) bien distribuido. Tiene escaleras, eso es bueno por lo de la criminalidad pero malo para las personas con problemas en las rodillas o capacidades diferentes.
