★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy atentos y buen servicio. Aunque el salón está dividido en dos pisos, hay pantallas mostrando las cámaras instaladas arriba y así puedas ver lo que sucede ahí.

El trato de informes de la entrada una mujer delgada cabello a la altura del oído súper grosero, su postura fue responder de manera prepotente que no traía cita, pero ante solicitar al menos conocer el lugar respondió que “pasara” con actitud de no tener más opción, no lo recomiendo desde la entrada sumamente sucia. Ante este comentario me han localizado de infinidad de números telefónicos porque no quieren ver afectada su calificación, cuándo deberían tener personal capacitado para atender en el área de ventas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reseña es completamente verídica, sólo fui una vez y con eso tuve para no regresar jamás, no sé a qué se refieren con que diga quién soy si claramente aparece mi nombre de usuario, yo que ellos mejor me podría a trabajar en mejorar su mal servicio, listo ya encontré y agregué las fotos que avalan nuestra estadía en su salón. Mi amiga y yo fuimos en el 2019, definitivamente no lo recomiendo y nunca regresaré ahí, la Gerente no sabe ni por qué le pagan, no es apta para resolver un solo problema, además de tener pésima actitud.
La verdad me sorprende como existen comentarios negativos con relación al mal servicio por parte del personal del salón desde hace más tiempo (con eso queda claro que no es nada personal de mi parte, sólo es la verdad), no gasten su dinero en un lugar que no vale la pena, hay muchos salones que están increíbles y sí tienen personal calificado. Mi amiga también los calificó mal por su mal servicio pero en Facebook y no sólo eliminaron su comentario, sino que también la bloquearon pero aquí no pueden así que como ven descalifican las opiniones reales y las tachan de mentirosas cuando no les benefician, este es justo un ejemplo de como no saben manejar una situación.
My review is completely true, I only went once and with that I had to never return, I do not know what they mean by saying who I am if my username clearly appears, I think they could better work on improving their bad service, ready I found and added the photos that support our stay in your room. My friend and I went in 2019, I definitely do not recommend it and I will never return there, the Manager does not even know why she is being paid, she is not capable of solving a single problem, in addition to having a terrible attitude.
The truth is that it surprises me how there have been negative comments in relation to the bad service by the salon staff for a longer time (with that it is clear that it is nothing personal on my part, it is only the truth), do not spend your money in one place It is not worth it, there are many salons that are incredible and do have qualified personnel. My friend also rated them badly for their poor service but on Facebook and not only did they delete their comment, but they also blocked it but here they cannot so as you see they disqualify real opinions and label them as liars when they do not benefit them, this is fair an example of how they do not know how to handle a situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suuuper lindo y limpio por dentro, muy bien organizado, el personal fue muy amable, la comida “rica” a secas….podrían mejorar eso y dar más opciones al contratar sus servicios… los niños la pasan increíble…!!!! Lo recomiendo por supuesto!!!
Super cute and clean inside, very well organized, the staff was very friendly, the food was simply "rich"...they could improve that and give more options when hiring their services...the children have an incredible time...!!!! I recommend it of course!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my little Spanish, Salon de Fiestas es el lugar mejor de diversion para celebrar la fiesta de cumpleanos de los ninos.
One visit to Mexico City and I fell in love with "Party Surprise". I'm now the best dad and uncle in their hearts for taking them there. They're all looking forward to the next visit to Mexico City. It's amazing but I can only take them back there if someone else pays their tickets... lol.
