★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que recibí en la sucursal de Linda Vista fue bastante pobre, no soy exigente sin embargo el tener una buena atención al cliente es vital. La principal situación fue que compré un globo inflado con helio, entre otros artículos, el globo duró una hora a lo mucho y se desamarró y se fue volando, le escribo a la sucursal comentando la situación y ellos me aseguraron que iba bien amarrado y con cinta adhesiva y que no era culpa de ellos. En mi experiencia si van a comprar un globo asegúrense ustedes que le hayan hecho un buen amarre para que no se desamarre y salga volando.
The service I received at the Linda Vista branch was quite poor, but I am not demanding, but having good customer service is vital. The main situation was that I bought a balloon inflated with helium, among other items, the balloon lasted an hour at a time and it unmarked and flew away, I write to the branch commenting on the situation and they assured me that it was well tied and with Adhesive tape and that was not their fault. In my experience, if you are going to buy a balloon, make sure that you have made a good mooring so that it does not unravel and fly away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención de la chica. Contestando de mala manera a los clientes. No sabemos si era un mal día para ella..si hay otras personas...pero íbamos con cierta expectativa y salimos mal de ahí.
Bad attention from the girl. Responding rudely to customers. We don't know if it was a bad day for her... if there are other people... but we went with certain expectations and we came out badly from there.

Así que si los visitas tienes que atenderte tú solo y también no olvida revisar el ticket ya que se equivocan en los precios
