★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, super tardado peor que oficinas gubernamentales de los años ochenta, hacen 4 filtros cuando pueden ahorrar tiempo y espacio haciendo un solo filtro de revisión efectiva y glosa de documentos en el sistema. Estuvimos del 12 del día y son las 6.30 de la tarde!!!
Terrible service, super slow, worse than government offices of the eighties, they make 4 filters when they can save time and space by making a single filter for effective review and glossing of documents in the system. We were from 12 noon and it's 6:30 in the afternoon!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sitio de internet para hacer cita para renovación de pasaporte ordinario NO FUNCIONA.
Está arcaico, no actualizado y saben perfectamente qué hay hackers, como el que a mí me tocó.
Me estafaron con el pago de $ 3,505.00 para el pasaporte de 10 años.
Además la atención fue muy grosera de parte del personal de la oficina de Puebla.
Vamos a seguir calladitos como siempre?
Yo ya denuncié al hacker, pero si ustedes ya lo saben, por qué lo siguen permitiendo?
No es posible tal calidad de gobierno burocrático!!!!
The website to make an appointment to renew an ordinary passport DOES NOT WORK.
It is archaic, not updated and they know perfectly well what hackers are like, like the one that touched me.
I was scammed out of $3,505.00 payment for 10 year passport.
